Max Inman
Founder & CEO
A guitar player "volun-told" to run sound for a mobile church, Max now leads Emperor Audio, delivering professional livestream mixes to churches across the country. Hundreds of services behind the console taught him what breaks on Sunday morning and how to build systems that don't. He holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from NC State plus Berklee Online certificates in Live Sound Production and Advanced Music Production, pairing engineering rigor with a working mixer's ear. He's mixed a nationally-known worship artist live to broadcast — remotely, from a hotel room — the same way Emperor Audio mixes every client, every Sunday (minus the hotel room).
Amy Abel
Business Ops Director
A multi-tasking force of nature who somehow juggles running operations, Amy organizes church and business schedules, manages audio engineers, and keeps people alive and sane. All while staying the calmest chaos coordinator in the room. She’s equal parts intelligence, heart, and sarcasm, with a knack for turning problems into plans, and plans into “don’t worry, we’ll figure it out.” Whether she’s leading worship, negotiating contracts, or just helping things run smoother for everyone around her, Amy brings warmth, wit, and a whole lot of heart wherever she goes. Amy handles scheduling for our 170+ churches and our mix engineer contractors.
Gavyn McIntosh

Production Technology Manager
A Marine Corps infantry veteran turned audio technician, Gavyn engineers and supports professional livestream systems for churches nationwide. With over a decade of experience leading worship and church tech teams, he blends battlefield grit with creative precision to deliver reliable, high-impact audio solutions. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Audio Engineering from Full Sail University in February 2025, deepening his technical foundation to match his real-world expertise. Gavyn leads our remote installation team, as well as quality control for our weekly church mixes.
Sandeep Sankar
Comms Admin & Mix Engineer
A church drummer turned broadcast audio engineer, Sandeep leads and supports Emperor Audio's team of remote mix engineers serving churches nationwide. He moved into production when COVID pushed services online, then ran audio, video, and livestream operations as his church's Media Administrator. He earned his BBA from Rajagiri College of Management & Applied Sciences and completed Advanced Music Mixing and Mastering at VTP Sound Academy in Kochi in 2021, pairing formal training with years inside church media. Sandeep runs our two-way communication platform for our churches and mix engineers.
Gray Steadman
Client Relationship Manager
Gray is a worship leader, songwriter, and pastor who has spent more than 13 years serving the Church through music, ministry, and developing people. As the Worship Pastor at Salem Chapel in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, he leads more than 50 worship and production volunteers. A natural relationship builder, Gray brings genuine care, curiosity, and a ministry-first perspective to every conversation with a church. Outside of Emperor Audio, he performs with his wife, Crystal, and alongside local, regional, and national artists. Gray is the primary point of contact for churches looking to improve their livestream that have questions about the service.
Justin LaFramboise
Tech Ops & Mix Engineer
A Gulf Coast studio engineer turned church audio director, Justin mixes livestream audio for churches nationwide. A decade between rooms — an internship at Music Shed Studios in New Orleans, staff engineer at Dauphin Street Sound in Mobile, and nights running live sound in downtown venues — gave him a producer's ear and a live engineer's reflexes. His production work has drawn roughly half a million Spotify streams, and he spent four years as audio director at Center Pointe Church, building its livestream and FOH setup himself. Justin handles technical support, as well as setting up churches to receive their demo.
